Halloween Cupcakes




These cupcakes and super quick, easy and delicious! I love using my Snickerdoodle cupcakes recipe (always a crowd pleaser!)

Then finish them off with my favorite cream cheese icing:

Cream Cheese Icing:

1 block cream cheese

4 cups icing sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp butter extract

milk (optional)

Blend the cream cheese in a mixer until smooth, add the vanilla and butter extract. Slowly add the icing sugar. If it gets too thick, add a tiny bit of milk (1/2 tsp at a time) until you get the right consistency.

After icing, top your cupcakes with some colored sugar sprinkles. Done! How easy was that? ๐Ÿ™‚
