Over the years I have had a “go to” quick meal that only has 5 ingredients, takes 15 minutes to put together and 30 -45 minutes in the oven. It was always appreciated for both dinner and leftovers the next for lunch the next day.
Now my daughter has been playing with some new recipe for a tater tot casserole that involves peas and other stuff… she didn’t learn that from me… oh no, my recipe is filling, but no veggies involved.
