Parmesan herb crusted chicken breasts

photo 3

Here’s a real simple, quick yet delicious recipe for you! I used to love making chicken with Shake N Bake but on my quest now to eat healthier, that stuff really does have way too much sodium and other stuff in it that we’re trying to avoid now. I came up with my own blend to dip chicken into and it turned out wonderfully! I’m going to try this on oven fries as well – yum!

Parmesan Herb Crusted Chicken Breasts

1/4 cup parmesan cheese (finely grated)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp (more if needed) Italian blend spices

a couple shakes of grinded sea salt.

2 boneless chicken breasts.

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in bowl and mix well. Dip chicken breasts one at a time in the mixture and flip until fully coated. Lay chicken on a baking sheet or in a glass baking pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes (depends on your oven).
