We LOVE ham in my house, {actually just made one yesterday in the crockpot}, I have never thought of doing this with the leftovers! Yummy!
*the original poster discusses how you need to PRE-HEAT the fresh pineapple first, otherwise it will ruin the meat. Pre-Heat= 30 seconds in the microwave. Canned Pineapple doesn’t need preheating.
