Here is an awesome quick and very thrifty tutorial for you: pom poms made out of old tshirts! All you need are some old tshirts, cardboard and scissors. I think these pom pom look great and they would be perfect for any party decoration! If you don’t have any tshirts you want to cut up, go visit a thrift store for some cheap finds.
