Pizza Party Time For the Big Game

Pizza is a go to food in my house and it used to be delivery, but now we stick to make it at home, as I can typically find it on sale in the store and with printable coupons for the better price.  Digiorno is our pizza of choice for home as well, and I don’t think I ever pay more than $3.50 per pizza.  So, when deciding what we wanted to eat during the big game this weekend, I decided to make life easy on my self and do a finger food table.

AND right now, WalMart has Digiorno on sale for $4.50 and with the Printable DiGiorno’s “Buy 2, Get 1 Coupon,” available exclusively at (available from 1/22-2/2), you are getting THREE pizzas for $9.00!  Yeah that Beats the price Delivery any day!

Basically, I take a DiGiorno Pizza and cut it up in skinny rectangles, and serve a plate full of them.  It also makes them the perfect size for dipping in ranch dressing, for those of us who enjoy that.

IMG_3018_1I did a test run with a Supreme DiGiorno for the #DisneySide Twitter party, and could hardly wait for it to come out of the oven!  You could smell the peppers baking, and it was just what I was craving.

Unlike most frozen supreme pizzas, the Digiorno supreme’s veggies look bright and amazing, even while still frozen!

and, straight out of the oven, it still looks mouth wateringly delicious, again most other brands have a tendency to have what I call disappearing veggies… when they are cooked, they are gone… Not DiGiorno. The veggies taste fresh, the cheese is melty goodness and with a crisp hot crust it is Fabulous!
