I was a part of a Secret Santa Christmas exchange through a Facebook Group, and my secret Santa gift arrived this week. When I opened the box, I was delighted to see two adorable Cupcake Christmas Ornaments from The Posh Shoppe on Etsy. They are absolutely adorable! So adorable in fact, that I immediately made a shopping list so I could make more for my Christmas tree!

What You Need – You can get all of it from the Dollar Store (or WalMart)
- Bright White Caulking
- Cupcake Liners
- Glitter Christmas Bulbs
- Beads or Glitter for Sprinkles
- Hot Glue Gun and Sticks (Or another form of adhesive)
- Optional Items:
- Beads for Cherries
- Accessories for Adding “candy”
How to Make Cupcake Ornaments
Step One – Glue your bulb into your Cupcake Liner. Let Dry – I can’t find my hot glue gun, so I used Elmers Glue and didn’t wait for it to dry and messed up my paper on the first one, this is why you must let it dry first.
Ste Two – Add caulking around the “hanger” of the Christmas Bulb. Cut the tip of your caulking tube at a large slant and using the tip swirl it as you put it on.
Step Three – Add “sprinkles” and “candy” while Caulking is still wet
Step Four – Let Dry! For AT LEAST 24 hours
Step Five – Hang on tree or give away and Enjoy!
How many of those cupcake ornaments can you do with that tube of caulking?
about 5 – 7
