Easy Ranch Pasta Salad for a Quick Side Dish or Snack

This post brought to you by Hormel Foods, LLC.. The content and opinions expressed below are that of Homeketeers.

So one of the favorite snacks and side dishes around my house is this easy 5 ingredient Ranch Pasta Salad. I have been making this for years and every time I have it in the fridge it disappears before I get more than a serving of it!

One of the things I have learned over the years of making this Ranch Pasta Salad is that using quality ingredients makes all the difference in the final salad and taste. I insist on ALWAYS using Chunk Chicken from Hormel. HORMEL® Premium Chicken Breast is the easy way to add great-tasting, satisfying protein to your meals. You can learn more about Hormel Foods and fine some great Easy Recipe Ideas just by clicking or joining the Hormel Newsletter

Now on to the Recipe for the my Easy Ranch Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Chunk Chicken from Hormel
  • 1 Box Rotini tri color pasta
  • 1 Bottle your favorite Ranch Dressing
  • 1 Finely Chopped Vidalia (or sweet) onion
  • Shredded Carrot to your taste
  • *Optional – Frozen Peas

Cook pasta, then drain and rinse with cold water.

Mix carrots, onion, half the Ranch Dressing and Chunk Chicken, using back of fork to break up the Hormel Chunk Chicken.

Once Combined add in Cooked and Cooled Pasta. Put in fridge for 30 – 45 minutes.

After it has all cooled and combined together, stir in the rest of the ranch dressing. Store in fridge.
