DIY Gift Idea: How to Make Fabric Covered Books

I came across this great gift idea on Pinterest – make your own fabric covered books! In these tutorials it shows how to cover a regular hard cover book – which would be great for decorating aspects. However I plan to buy a bunch of composition books (the dollar store sells them!) and cover those with fabric. They would make great journals, art journals, calendars, address books, etc. You won’t need too much fabric for each – just go to the sale rack at your local fabric store. This is a super cheap gift idea that doesn’t take long to make and the end result looks fabulous! You’re welcome. 🙂
